Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across Asia. You will manage multilingual and BPO roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver timely placements in a dynamic global network.

Work remotely with a minimum of 30 hours per week, leveraging regional platforms to source strong candidates and build robust pipelines for Asia markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets.
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, etc.).
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in English plus additional Asian languages is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on regional platforms.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement.
