Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Experience sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote opportunities on regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media and networks.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified profiles for roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates through full recruitment cycle until placement.
