Job summary

Remote is seeking a Manager, Contracts Management to own planning, implementation and SLAs for the lifecycle contracts team across APAC. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Contract Management, you will lead the regional team and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliant, scalable contract processes.

The role focuses on driving process improvements, coaching staff, and expanding global employment capabilities while maintaining high service levels for internal clients

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations across APAC markets with contracts management and local labor law knowledge.
• Proven ability to scale HR operations across diverse APAC regions.
• Hands-on leadership and coaching in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and escalation point on Contract Management topics.
• Lead recruitment, training and development for regional team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal and Customer Success to optimize processes and SOPs.
• Drive automation to improve quality, efficiency and scale of Lifecycle Contracts Management.
• Own and implement improvements to existing workflows and tools.
