Job summary

Remote is seeking a Manager, Time & Attendance to own planning, implementation, and service delivery for the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team. You will report to the Senior Manager Lifecycle and lead a distributed, international T&A operation across APAC and beyond in a fast-growing, remote environment.

The role requires deep T&A expertise, hands-on people management, and a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on people management with a coaching mindset across distributed, international teams.
• Experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
• Deep knowledge of Time & Attendance, wage/hour laws, policies across jurisdictions.
• Strong jurisdictional knowledge of APAC wage/hour compliance and labor law aspects.
• Experience in fast-paced, international scale-up environments.
• Service-oriented with focus on SLAs and KPIs; proactive improvement mindset.
• Tech-savvy with tools and automation experience; data handling best practices.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports to build a high-performing T&A team.
• Foster a positive, remote culture across international borders.
• Oversee bi-annual evaluations and align team goals with business objectives.
• Drive recruitment, training, and mentoring for regional teams.
• Serve as subject matter expert on high-risk T&A topics and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and ER to improve T&A processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows and SOPs.
• Ensure compliant service delivery and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Safely manage employee data and confidential information with discretion.
• Lead investigations and implement improvements for compliance and growth.
• Champion responsible AI adoption within the T&A team.
