Data Center Solution Singapore is seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to lead contract negotiations and drive commercial strategy across APAC. You will coordinate with sales, procurement, legal and operations to ensure compliant, win‑win agreements and provide guidance on complex commercial issues.

The role requires strong communication, regional exposure, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while maintaining a focus on risk mitigation and profitability for long‑term client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years in a commercial role, preferably contract management in facilities/data centre environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with a sales focus and customer-centric approach.
• Able to work independently within a regional or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization with references to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policy and contracting standards across the business.
• Educate colleagues on commercial best practices and provide guidance through tender life cycles.
• Develop commercial solutions that mitigate risk and maximize opportunities for key accounts.
• Promote robust supplier engagement and back-to-back risk transfer where applicable.
