Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Order Management leader to build and run a regional team supporting APAC markets. You will oversee end-to-end order processing, ensure service levels, and coordinate with shared services.

The role offers hybrid work, exposure to transformation projects, and opportunities to standardise processes and drive automation while partnering with regional stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Prior team leadership experience within a Shared Services, GBS, or multinational environment.
• Experience in shared services setup, process migration, or knowledge transfer projects is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an Order Management team supporting multiple APAC markets.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and customer service operations.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition activities into the shared services environment.
• Monitor team performance against service levels and operational targets.
• Drive process standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner closely with regional stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
