InsideOut is seeking an AI & Operations Manager to join remotely from Malaysia or the Philippines, serving as the founder's operational partner for international clients in Australia and the US. You will own end-to-end execution, build AI automations, and coordinate cross-border projects across time zones, with a focus on reducing friction and delivering finished outcomes without micromanagement.

The role requires C1 English, hands-on experience with LLMs, and a track record in workflow

• Ability to turn loose directives into executable plans.
• Meticulous QA to ensure AI outputs are accurate before deployment.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Turn founder ideas into finished outcomes and drive momentum.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate workflows across platforms.
• Provide operational support and remove roadblocks for the team.
• Turn admin tasks into clean, repeatable SOPs and processes.
• Draft and manage high-priority communications for the founder.
• Coordinate content distribution from insights to polished posts.
