Job summary

Robosoft is seeking an experienced Senior FDE / AI Pre-sales Architect to serve as the technical anchor of our ASEAN go-to-market motion. You will drive ARIA AI platform and ADLC adoption across Media & Entertainment, BFSI, and Fintech in Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, coordinating with sales to win strategic engagements.

You will lead demonstrations, craft solution architectures, and develop PoCs using Python and LLMs.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, or AI/ML consulting in an enterprise B2B context.
• Demonstrated track record of winning technology deals through technical pre-sales — RFP responses, proof-of-concepts and board-level presentations.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, REST APIs, LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML deployment patterns — RAG architectures, agentic AI, document intelligence and predictive analytics at enterprise scale.
• Experience with digital transformation in Media & Entertainment or BFSI sectors is a strong advantage.
• Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken — mandatory).
• Proven ability to independently run client-facing workshops and AI maturity assessments with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling ARIA platform demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements for enterprise accounts across ASEAN.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify AI use-case opportunities — Agentic AI, ADLC, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics and LLM-based solutions.
• Prepare and present solution architecture proposals, technical scope documents and effort estimation inputs for fixed-price bids.
• Architect bespoke AI proof-of-concepts using Python, LLM frameworks and Robosoft's ARIA platform to demonstrate client value.
• Support bid and RFP responses with technical sections, solution narratives and differentiation against competing vendors.
• Conduct AI readiness assessments for prospective clients — evaluate data maturity, integration readiness and deployment pathways for ADLC solutions.
• Collaborate with India-based delivery teams to validate commercial feasibility and ensure delivery on time and margin.

Will drive ARIA AI platform and ADLC (AI-Driven Lifecycle) adoption across Media & Entertainment, BFSI and Fintech organisations in Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines. This is a pioneer role —Will be the first Robosoft Solutions presence in ASEAN, giving significant ownership of how we establish our technical credibility in the region.

• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify AI use-case opportunities — Agentic AI, ADLC, intelligent document processing, predictive analytics and LLM-based solutions
• Prepare and present solution architecture proposals, technical scope documents and effort estimation inputs for fixed-price bids
• Architect bespoke AI proof-of-concepts using Python, LLM frameworks and Robosoft's ARIA platform to demonstrate tangible client value
• Support bid and RFP responses with technical sections, solution narratives and differentiation against competing vendors
