- Proven leadership in Operations / HR / Admin.
- Experience with process improvement and workflow design.
- Hands-on with automation or AI tools.
- Degree holder with 5+ years experience.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
- Proficiency in ENGLISH and MANDARIN is a MUST.
- Willingness to travel for business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR, Admin, and Customer Service operations.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Lead AI initiatives and integrate tools into daily operations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
