Job summary

Best Marketing Agency Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager (AI-Operated) to oversee a portfolio of 20–25 client accounts. You will run Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO end to end, leveraging AI to scale output while maintaining strict QA and client communication.

You will present strategies to owners, manage ups/downs, and continuously refine prompts/workflows to maintain quality across all accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years in digital marketing, agency background preferred.
Must have personally managed live Meta and Google Ads campaigns, with spend and CPL metrics.
Hands-on with at least three: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Klaviyo or similar email marketing, content marketing.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of 20–25 client accounts. You are the primary contact for clients.
Run Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO end to end, inside the accounts.
Use AI to generate volume: ad copy, blog content, emails, social posts, briefs.
QA all AI outputs before client review.
Convert monthly data into actionable business insights for clients.
Lead client calls, present strategy, and manage ups/downs of months.
Build and refine AI prompts and workflows to scale quality across accounts.
Identify upsell opportunities from campaign data and client needs.
Focus on client retention as a key metric.
