Job summary

RSGx is seeking a Marketing Operations & Content Coordinator to drive Australia-focused projects from Malaysia. You’ll turn plans into deliverables, manage owners and timelines, coordinate teams and suppliers, and polish content with AI-enabled efficiency.

You will own workflows for case studies, project profiles, web/social content, and collateral, while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across brands. This is a hands-on, accountable role in a modern marketing function.

Qualifications

3+ years in marketing coordination, marketing operations, content or project coordination.
Demonstrable organisation with trackers, deadlines and processes.
Strong written English with professional copy/editing ability.
Comfort using structured digital systems and rapid learning.
Genuine, habitual AI use in daily work.
Ability to chase busy people professionally and persistently.
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and brand guidelines.
Sound judgement on accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Marketing operations & project coordination: maintain tracker, schedule deliverables, manage owners and deadlines, coordinate suppliers and approvals.
Content & marketing execution: produce case studies, profiles, website/social content and collateral; ensure on-brand and accurate copy.
Project marketing, site visits & content capture: manage marketing pipeline, coordinate site visits, collect project data and photography, and ensure timely asset delivery.
Systems, document & asset management: structure folders, maintain content libraries, retire outdated collateral and ensure accessibility.
Process improvement & AI productivity: map recurring workflows, reduce bottlenecks, document SOPs and apply AI where it adds value.
Design & brand support: create/edit collateral within brand guidelines and brief external designers to deadlines.
Reporting & wider marketing support: pull analytics, provide plain-language insights and support events and campaigns.
