AI Rudder in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned PR & Communications Lead to build the company’s global external communications from the ground up, shaping media relations, thought leadership, and employer branding for enterprise audiences.

You will own the communications strategy, partner with senior leadership, and drive programs in Southeast Asia and Latin America as priority markets, while establishing AI Rudder as a credible, human-centered AI brand across international markets.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting analyst relations with firms such as Gartner, G2 or similar industry analysts.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex AI and technology concepts into compelling narratives for enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI Rudder's global public relations and corporate communications strategy, aligned with Go-To-Market priorities.
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent globally.
• Develop thought leadership programs including bylines, executive commentary, and speaking opportunities.
