Job summary

OCBC e2 Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a Remittance Investigation Analyst to oversee follow-up investigations on remittance-related payments. You will liaise with bankers, customers and business units to resolve payment-related exceptions and identify opportunities to improve operational, service and risk controls.

You will perform daily reconciliations, document cases for records and reporting, and participate in UATs and projects to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Oversee follow-up investigations for remittance-related payments.
• Identify process gaps and propose operational, service and risk improvements.
• Investigate remittance requests and provide findings within the agreed SLA.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with bankers, customers and business units to resolve payment-related exceptions promptly.
• Perform daily reconciliation on outstanding investigation cases and ensure timely closure.
• Document all investigation cases for records and performance reporting.
• Handle back valuation requests (including waivers) and nostro reconciliation as needed.
• Participate in UAT/projects and team huddles to drive process improvements.
