OCBC is seeking a meticulous Payment Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth flow of transactions and exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced banking environment.

In this role you will investigate payment-related issues, collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement process improvements, analyse data to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and provide training and support to colleagues to maintain high quality operations.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in payment operations, banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
