Job summary

Kah Motor Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Service Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the regional service workshop network and ensure adherence to standard guidelines and procedures.

You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales turnover and profitability, meet KPIs, prepare monthly performance reviews, and coordinate with branches during interstate travels. Candidates with automotive dealership experience and strong leadership and language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple automotive showroom and service workshop operations.
• Experience in car dealerships is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Malay; Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese a plus.
• Willingness to travel interstate for branch visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & supervise overall operations of service workshop across the region.
• Ensure all standard guidelines & procedures are followed & implemented.
• Lead, organise & manage day to day function of the service workshop to achieve unit intake & target performance set by the management.
• Increase sales turnover & profitability of the service workshop.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets as set by the Company.
• Prepare monthly reports and conduct meetings to review performance.
• Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior.
