Job summary

Kah Motor Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Service Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the regional service workshop network and ensure adherence to standard guidelines and procedures.

You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales turnover and profitability, meet KPIs, prepare monthly performance reviews, and coordinate with branches during interstate travels. Candidates with automotive dealership experience and strong leadership and language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple automotive showroom and service workshop operations.
• Experience in car dealerships is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Malay; Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese a plus.
• Willingness to travel interstate for branch visits.

Requirements: -

• Has extensive work experience in managing multiple automotive showroom / service workshop operations and its performance
• Candidates with prior experience working in car dealerships will have an added advantage
• Good written and spoken English and Malay communication skills. Candidates who can speak Mandarin/Hokkien/Cantonese will have an added advantage to liaise with customers and internal staff
• Good leadership & problem solving skills
• Willing & able to travel interstate for branch visits regularly
