Job summary

You will optimise workshop productivity, ensure warranty and payment compliance, and implement 3-in-1 system monitoring for WIP, back orders, and service reminders.

Strong leadership, communication skills, and Toyota dealer experience are highly valued. Travel interstate as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive or dealership experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
• Willingness to travel interstate for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch Service Operations & Service Team to hit monthly and yearly targets.
• Achieve workshop productivity and labour sales through 3-in-1 management tool.
• Ensure compliance with warranty, cash, and credit card procedures.
• Submit documented service campaigns, technical reports, and fix-it-right programs.
• Monitor WIP, back orders, appointments, and reminders via 3-in-1 system.
• Plan front office reception to meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate training needs and select technicians for programs.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers on operations.
• Lead marketing efforts to grow the service targets.
