Job Description

Meeting and exceeding target/KPI setfor the branch

Manage by organising and coordinating daily workload and work distribution of all service staff in the workshop

Manage the performance of all service staff and ensure quality of work is present

Conduct regular operations briefing with service team to streamline and improve operation

Handling customers and resolve difficult and serious customer complaints

Enhance company image and customer satisfaction ratings

Ensure service premises are well maintained, clean and tidy at all times complying to 5S

Understand and ensure team comply with principal warranty and policy procedures at the branch

Oversee and perform administrative activities of the division as and when needed

Manage the overall operations of the branch and undertaking ad‑hoc assignments from upper management from time to time.
