Job summary

Kah Motor Company Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to manage service reminders, bookings, and post-service follow-ups at our Johor dealership. You will address customer inquiries, maintain records, and coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving, and high emotional intelligence, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Multilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (especially in Business, Communications, or related fields).
• 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Proficient in using computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service reminder calls to customers to ensure timely and consistent service appointments.
• Coordinate and manage customer appointment bookings, while maintaining accurate records and supporting workshop capacity planning to ensure smooth dealership operations.
• Perform post-service follow-up calls to gather customer feedback and measure customer satisfaction for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback (Voice of Customer), identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive improvement actions.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Prepare and update customer service records, reports, and related documentation as required.
