Job summary

GT Max is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to supervise daily branch activities, ensure SOP compliance, and drive sales growth across multiple motor branches. You will conduct audits, coach branch managers, and manage HR issues while maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel between branches, strong leadership, and proficiency in sales analytics to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Automotive, or related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel regularly between branches.
• Proficient in sales data analysis and operational management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations of assigned motor branches.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance for each branch.
• Set and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
• Coach, motivate, and develop branch managers and their teams.
• Handle performance appraisals and recommend staff improvements or training needs.
• Facilitate teamwork and resolve branch-level HR issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches.
• Implement service standards and follow-up on feedback or complaints.
• Monitor vehicle stock movement, aging inventory, and stock orders.
• Oversee physical asset management and upkeep of branch facilities.
• Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.
• Forecast sales trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
