Job summary

Transmatic Autobenz Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced manager to lead our automotive workshop/branch operations in Malaysia. The candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in managerial roles, overseeing teams, service processes and KPI performance.

The role requires strong leadership, financial awareness, and the ability to analyze performance and implement corrective actions while maintaining excellent customer service and accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in automotive workshop/branch management or similar managerial role.

• Strong understanding of automotive workshop operations and service processes.
• Strong knowledge of branch KPIs including revenue, gross profit, productivity, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills, especially with escalated complaints.

Malaysian Citizen with Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive workshop management, branch management or a similar managerial position.

Proven experience managing a team and overall workshop/branch operations, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong understanding of automotive workshop operations and service processes.

Strong understanding of branch KPIs including revenue, gross profit, productivity, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Good financial awareness with the ability to monitor costs, profitability and operational performance.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills, particularly when dealing with escalated complaints.

Able to analyze operational and business performance and take appropriate corrective action.

Proactive, responsible, disciplined and results-oriented.

Able to lead by example and hold team members accountable for their responsibilities.
