Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
• Experience in precision engineering, industrial measurement, or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, business development, forecasting, and customer management.
• Experience in P&L, budgeting, profitability, and operations performance.
• Experience serving advanced manufacturing, electronics, or institutional sectors is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional sales strategy and operating plan, excluding global strategic accounts.
• Own regional sales revenue, gross profit, profitability and KPIs.
• Set targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop forecasts and report business performance.
• Identify market opportunities and resource needs for sustainable growth.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and ensure pricing profitability within authority.
• Monitor market trends and sales productivity to strengthen performance.
• Develop relationships with regional customers and senior decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance and other functions to deliver requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performance sales team with clear KPIs and reviews.
• Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capacity.
