You will work with Country Leadership and Marketing to execute go-to-market strategies, expand retail channels, and enhance customer relationships. The role emphasizes data-driven market assessment, partner recruitment, and effective product consultations to grow MT’s presence in the Malaysian retail sector.

Qualifications

• Business development experience in an emerging country.
• Willingness to travel extensively when required.
• Languages: English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales and go-to-market strategies with SBU; drive retail expansion.
• Assess market opportunities and growth potential; quantify via data and partnerships.
• Communicate with Country Leadership and Sales/Marketing teams regularly.
• Build and maintain a robust customer database; follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Identify and appoint suitable VARs and solution providers to expand market penetration.
• Provide product and technical information to customers and partners.
