Tekmark Group in Malaysia is seeking a forward-looking General Sales Manager to lead our Test & Measurement business in Penang. You will drive growth, profitability and strategic relationships with key customers and senior decision-makers to shape the next phase of expansion.

The role demands a proven track record in high-performance sales teams, strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans across marketing, operations and engineering.

Formación

• 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in senior management/business operations.
• Proven experience in Test & Measurement equipment sales or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L, profitability and sales strategy experience.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and execute the T&M Malaysia growth and sales strategy.
• Drive revenue, profitability and sales performance.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and senior decision-makers.
• Identify new markets, customers, applications and business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen market positioning.
• Lead commercial negotiations and balance growth, profitability and business risk.
• Work closely with Operations, Engineering, and other functions to deliver customer and business outcomes.
• Build and develop a high-performance, customer-focused sales team.
