Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Semiconductor and Automation across Asia.

You will lead sales activities through face-to-face meetings, calls, virtual engagements, and industry trade shows, building strong relationships with existing customers while expanding new accounts. You will present company solutions using marketing materials and product knowledge, forecast sales, and travel within Malaysia and across ASEAN to reinforce our market leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor and Automation industry.
• Minimum 2 years of Semiconductor Manufacturing experience
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and across ASEAN.

Build strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts to strengthen company presence across Asia.

Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and expense submissions in a timely manner.

Represent and promote company corporate culture with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.

Embrace change, adapt quickly, and take on additional responsibilities when required.

Participate in regional trade shows to showcase company technologies and reinforce our position as a market leader in total traceability solutions for factories.

Requirement:

Passionate in planning, budgeting, forecasting to analyze and drive business performance.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Semiconductor and Automation industry.

Minimum 2 years of Semiconductor Manufacturing experience

Willingness to travel within Malaysia and across ASEAN.
