Madam Kwans Restaurant (Suez Top Ventures Sdn Bhd) is expanding its footprint across Malaysia, and we are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee the South Region covering Johor Bahru. You will lead multiple outlets, drive KPIs, budgets, staff development, and ensure compliance with company standards while collaborating with regional and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance of multiple Madam Kwan’s outlets, ensuring consistent service standards.
• Open new restaurants within the assigned area while maintaining brand quality and operations.
• Drive KPIs in people development, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and P&L targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer experience regionally.
• Provide leadership to store managers on staffing, inventory control, cash handling, and ongoing training.
