Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Multi-Branch / Regional Operations Manager (Retail, F&B, or Service industry).
• Experience managing multi-unit P&L, branch budgets, and operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, manage, and supervise sales strategies for all assigned branches.
• Ensure the Company achieves its monthly sales targets and budgets.
• Monitor and report operational, financial, inventory, and HR performance to senior leadership.
• Enforce SOPs, QA standards, and maintain facility maintenance and cleanliness across branches.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development to ensure qualified personnel across units.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
