Job summary

Burger King Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the Kuala Lumpur restaurant network, implementing robust systems and controls to meet sales and profit targets. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems and controls to manage the business while achieving sales and profit targets with the Head of Operations.
• Ensure all restaurants operate at a high-quality level with emphasis on customer service while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and properly at the Restaurant Management level.
• Execute operating standards that optimize asset returns, increase sales and improve profits.
• Communicate expectations and performance standards to all staff.
• Maintain authorized staffing levels and ensure thorough training according to the Ops Manual.
• Authorize labor hours to maintain efficient operations and regulatory compliance.
• Keep secure and accurate personnel documentation for all restaurant staff.
• Establish and monitor security related to cash, inventory and assets.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and maintenance are consistently present in restaurants.
• Lead the Restaurants Level to deliver the best service to achieve the Guest Trac Target.
• Maintain store performance across customer service, speed of service, food quality, profitability, shift management, cleanliness, maintenance and training; oversee 12 Food Safety Critical elements and NSF REVs scores.
• Control restaurant food cost, labor, utilities, and maintenance costs to achieve EBITDA targets in the P&L.
• Carry out any other duties as instructed by superiors from time to time.
