Vivo Food Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead operations across Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, and Malacca. The role demands strategic oversight of multiple retail sites, performance monitoring, and consistent delivery of brand standards.

You will recruit and mentor store managers, optimise budgets, analyse sales data, and drive customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in multi-site retail management or area management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and meet sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Analytical and financial acumen for budgets and performance data.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations across KL, JB, and Malacca stores.
• Monitor and optimise sales performance to meet targets at each site.
• Apply policies and standards to maintain brand integrity.
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and teams.
