Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree with 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Assists in daily supervision of restaurant operations and assists with menu planning and sanitation standards.
• Assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
• Provides training needs assessment and assists in implementing development plans.
• Supervises restaurant and related areas in the absence of the Director of Restaurants or Restaurant Manager.

Education

High school diploma or GED

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
