Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience as Area Manager or similar in fast-food/QSR.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to managers and staff within the geographic area to ensure compliance with Subway standards and regulations.
• Monitor and manage operational performance, including sales and profitability.
• Work with staff to achieve sales goals using available reports to identify opportunities.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and food quality at all locations.
• Instill ownership and accountability for money, stocks, and company property on the restaurant team.
• Coaches and trains managers and senior staff for operational excellence and participates in new hire orientation.
