Job summary

Mynews Malaysia is seeking an Outlet Sales Supervisor to drive performance across its network. You will lead daily operations, execute sales promotions, ensure merchandising compliance, and coordinate logistics and inventory.

You will coach and mentor Outlet Supervisors, maintain SOPs, policies, and standards, and work to achieve outlet targets through effective team leadership and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Achieve outlet sales targets by driving sales performance, managing manpower, and executing effective sales strategies.
• Ensure all outlets comply with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and operational standards.
• Oversee daily outlet operations, including sales promotions, merchandising compliance, logistics coordination, inventory control, and software/hardware maintenance.
