Job summary

myNews in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to drive store sales, lead a team of supervisors and associates, and ensure strict adherence to SOPs. You will coordinate with HR for manpower planning, recruitment, and performance appraisals.

The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, stock control, merchandising, and timely execution of sales strategies across outlets while maintaining standards and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work long or irregular hours including shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieving outlet sales targets, managing manpower & executing sales strategies.
• Ensuring outlets adherence to Standard Operating Policies & Procedures.
• Daily operational matters which includes sales promotion activities, merchandising compliances, logistic issues, stock control and software & hardware maintenance.
• Leading Outlet Supervisors & Associates achieving stores’ KPI by coaching, guidance & motivating
• Coordinating with Human Resource department in manpower planning, staff recruitment, conducting appraisals & training.
