Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the outlet.
• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Assist in arranging staff duties, break schedules and job assignments.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and general complaints.
• Assist with stock checking, replenishment and product display.
• Ensure products are maintained in good condition and meet company standards.
• Monitor daily sales performance and assist in improving outlet efficiency.
• Follow company safety, hygiene and operational standards.
