Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Retail Outlet Manager to oversee multiple outlets, drive sales performance, and ensure daily operations and service standards across locations in Shah Alam.

You will lead and coach outlet teams, coordinate with Marketing and HR for promotions, training, inventory, and compliance, and report on weekly performance and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Develop outlet supervisors and identify promotable staff.
• Train staff on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and preventative actions.
• Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly sales plans and outlet targets aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics such as gross margin, ATV, and productivity.
• Coach teams on product recommendations, upselling, and engagement.
• Coordinate promotions with Marketing and BD to drive traffic.
• Oversee outlet opening/closing, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Conduct outlet visits to verify standards and resolve issues.
• Monitor cash handling, POS procedures, and daily reconciliation.
• Coordinate recruitment requirements with HR.
• Submit weekly performance updates and monthly reports.
