Job summary

LSSTEA SDN. BHD. seeks an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and ensure standards across service, product quality, and facilities while coordinating promotions and new launches.

You will lead and coach outlet teams, monitor performance, and work closely with HQ and partners to execute company strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Retail or F&B operations overseeing multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and improve performance.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends/holidays.
