Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to lead change management initiatives and tailor training across the region. You will coordinate sales training programs, ensure localization for country needs, and enable front-line teams through coaching and practical tools.

You will drive adoption of new Go to Market methodologies, develop regional playbooks and communication assets, and facilitate knowledge sharing across countries.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales enablement, change management, and commercial capability building.
• Proven ability to deliver and localize training for diverse audiences across countries.
• Solid understanding of sales & marketing methodologies, tools, and commercial processes.
• Skilled in creating structured enablement materials, playbooks, and communication assets.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across regional and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives, including cultural adoption and mindset shift across the region.

• Develop and maintain regional enablement materials, including playbooks, guides, and communication packages.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and best-practice exchanges across countries and sales teams.
• Monitor enablement effectiveness and collect feedback to continuously improve training formats and content.
• Work closely with functional experts to ensure alignment of training with strategic priorities.
• Support onboarding of new hires with structured enablement journeys and foundational training.
