Job summary

Bosch Group in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Manager – Sales Enablement to lead change management initiatives, tailor and deliver sales training across the region, and enable frontline teams with practical tools and coaching.

You will localize GTM methodologies, develop regional enablement materials, and promote knowledge sharing across countries. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and marketing/sales process understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales enablement and change management.
• Proven ability to localize training for diverse audiences across countries.
• Solid understanding of sales & marketing methodologies, tools and commercial processes.
• Skilled in creating structured enablement materials, playbooks and communication assets.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management across regional and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives across the region.
• Coordinate and deliver sales training programs with localization for country needs.
• Enable front-line teams through tailored training, coaching sessions and practical tools.
• Drive adoption of new GTM methodologies, tools and processes by supporting transitions.
• Develop and maintain regional enablement materials including playbooks and guides.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and best-practice exchanges across countries.
