Job summary

Marks & Spencer Asia in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Assistant Logistics Manager to drive regional supply chain operations across Singapore and Malaysia. Based in Johor Bahru, you will oversee end-to-end logistics for Clothing, Home, Beauty, and Food, manage 3PL providers, and optimize inbound freight costs.

This leadership role requires a minimum of 10 years in logistics, with at least 3 years in management, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations, overseeing 3PL performance, costs, and service accuracy across all product categories.
• Oversee inbound logistics lead times and costs from origin to the distribution centre.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior customs officials to ensure rapid clearance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to minimize costs and maximize product availability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards, product registration, labeling and documentation.
