Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Johor Bahru seeks a highly analytical Logistics Executive to drive inventory management and regional logistics for Southeast Asia. You will oversee stock accuracy and product availability for stores across Malaysia and Singapore, managing millions of units annually and liaising with warehouses, stores, and buyers.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree; certification in logistics preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain management experience in a multichannel retail environment.
• Strong inventory governance, stock reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory accuracy across regional warehouses and systems through stock monitoring and discrepancy investigations.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation to maintain stock visibility.
• Monitor stock movements and identify risks to product availability and business continuity.
• Partner with warehouse operations, store management, and planning teams to optimize stock allocations and replenishment.
• Analyze inventory volume trends and storage utilization to support capacity planning.
• Generate operational KPI reports to guide decisions and process improvements.
• Guarantee compliance with inventory control procedures and support internal audits.
• Direct inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics to meet service level agreements.
