MKS Instruments, Atotech Malaysia (a brand of MKS), is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage international logistics operations, including import/export, customs clearance, warehouse and 3PL coordination.

The role interacts with Sales, CS, and Planner teams, and may back up Singapore operations. Strong knowledge of regulations and SAP is preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics, chemical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of local and international regulations related to chemicals is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SAP logistics module and MS Office.
• Strong written and spoken English and local language communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage import, export, customs clearance, warehouse and transport operations to meet KPIs.
• Oversee 3PL vendors (freight forwarder, customs broker, warehouse, transporter) to meet KPIs.
• Identify gaps in 3PL performance and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor 3PL invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for IMDG, IATA, road transport, licenses, labels, and DG storage.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives such as shipment consolidation and route optimization.
• Coordinate with government officials on import/export compliance as needed.
• Back up for logistics operations in Singapore and regional interactions.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
