Qualifications

• Graduate degree; certification in logistics preferred.

• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Logistics Executive to drive inventory management and logistics operations for Marks & Spencer across Southeast Asia. Based in Johor, you will oversee stock accuracy and product availability for 17 active stores across Singapore and Malaysia, managing an estimated throughput of 10 million units annually. You will act as the operational anchor connecting our warehouses, retail stores, and buying teams to guarantee seamless product flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive inventory accuracy across all regional warehouses and systems through rigorous stock monitoring and discrepancy investigations.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation to maintain complete stock visibility.
• Monitor stock movements and proactively identify risks to product availability and business continuity.
• Partner with warehouse operations, store management, and planning teams to optimize stock allocations and replenishment.
• Analyze inventory volume trends and storage utilization to support regional capacity planning.
• Generate operational KPI reports to guide commercial decision making and process improvements.
• Guarantee compliance with company inventory control procedures and support internal audit requirements.
• Direct daily inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics activities to meet strict service level agreements.

What We Are Looking For

• A Graduate Degree. Certification in Logistics is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of supply chain management experience, ideally within a multichannel retail environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of inventory governance, stock reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory tracking and data maintenance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically Pivot tables, Vlookup, and complex data analysis.
• Strong problem solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries.
