Job summary

Landmark Group in Malaysia seeks a highly passionate supply chain leader to oversee end-to-end operations across inbound, warehousing, outbound, store replenishment, e-commerce fulfilment, returns, inventory, import/export and customs for 42 stores and a distribution centre.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, productivity, OTIF improvements, governance with 3PLs, building a team of ~5 direct reports and ~85 indirect, and driving digital transformation with Excel, ERP and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a management role within Supply Chain / Logistics.
• Malaysia supply-chain experience is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Malaysia supply chain covering inbound logistics, warehousing, outbound and middle-mile transportation, store replenishment, e‑commerce fulfilment, returns/reverse logistics, inventory, import/export and customs operations.
• Lead operations supporting 42 retail stores across Malaysia (38 Mainland and 4 East Malaysia), one distribution centre, multiple 3PL partners and ~14,000 e-commerce orders per month.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity and operational efficiency across warehousing, transportation and 3PL operations while maintaining service quality.
• Improve OTIF and delivery performance through KPI management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Own inventory performance including accuracy, availability, stock-outs, ageing, excess inventory, inventory days, cycle counting, store replenishment and e-commerce availability.
• Strengthen 3PL performance and SLA compliance through governance, performance reviews and continuous improvement.
• Lead import/export, customs and Bonded/Free Zone operations to improve compliance, efficiency, lead time and cost.
• Build supply chain visibility through Advanced Excel, ERP, Power BI, KPI analytics and digital transformation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives focused on reducing carbon footprint and improving transportation and operational efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of direct reports and an operational ecosystem for future scalability.
• Act as a stakeholder manager and problem solver with merchandising, stores, e‑commerce, finance, IT, customs and logistics partners.

• Lead the end-to-end Malaysia supply chain covering inbound logistics, warehousing, outbound and middle-mile transportation, store replenishment, e-commerce fulfilment, returns/reverse logistics, inventory, import/export and customs operations.
• Lead operations supporting 42 retail stores across Malaysia (38 Mainland and 4 East Malaysia), one approximately 70,000 sq. ft. distribution centre, multiple 3PL partners and approximately 14,000 e-commerce orders per month across Max and Babyshop.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity and operational efficiency across warehousing, transportation and 3PL operations while maintaining service quality.
• Improve OTIF and delivery performance through disciplined KPI management, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Own inventory performance including accuracy, availability, stock-outs, ageing, excess inventory, inventory days, cycle counting, store replenishment and e-commerce availability.
• Strengthen 3PL performance and SLA compliance through structured governance, performance reviews, capability development and continuous improvement.
• Lead import/export, customs and Bonded Zone / Free Zone operations to improve compliance, efficiency, lead time and cost.
• Build supply chain visibility through Advanced Excel, ERP, Power BI, KPI analytics and digital supply-chain transformation.
• Drive sustainability initiatives focused on reducing the carbon footprint and improving transportation and operational efficiency.
• Build, develop and lead a high-performing team of 5 direct reports and an operational ecosystem of approximately 85 people, creating capabilities for future scalability.
• Act as an effective stakeholder manager and problem solver, partnering with business, merchandising, stores, e-commerce, finance, IT, customs, 3PLs and logistics partners to deliver business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a management role within Supply Chain / Logistics. Malaysia supply-chain experience is mandatory.
• Experience in retail supply chain, fashion/apparel and/or 3PL/logistics operations is highly preferred.
• Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline preferable. Relevant supply-chain / logistics certification is an advantage.
