Job summary

Dr Mark Leong Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Manager, E‑Commerce (Based in MY) to drive end-to-end logistics for our online channels across Singapore, Malaysia, and international partners. You will manage daily orders, inventory accuracy, and 3PL coordination to ensure fast, reliable deliveries while collaborating with Marketing, Client Care, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in logistics or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics/e-commerce fulfilment.
• Experience managing 3PL partners and multi‑channel platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
• Leadership and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and process daily orders across Shopify, GHL, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada for SG and MY markets to meet daily warehouse cut-off times and 48‑hour SLAs.
• Oversee interactions with 3PL partners (e.g., Win-Bells, EasyParcel, SF Express, UPS) including AWB generation, tracking, and international dispatch.
• Perform stock audits and reconcile between WMS/BigSeller and platforms; resolve variances and mapping issues.
• Standardise SKU masters across products, bundles, and GWP kits to prevent mapping errors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations prior to launches and mega sales; prepare 3PLs for surges.
• Negotiate service terms, SLAs, pricing with vendors; conduct vendor evaluations.
