5+ years of experience in Electronics/Semiconductor; SMT experience is an advantage.
Strong business, analytical, leadership, and strategic skills.
Strong bilingual communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Develop strategic plans, expand market coverage, and identify new opportunities.
Manage budgets, forecasts, sales analysis, and quotations.
Build and maintain key customer relationships.
Work with technical teams on product qualification, customer support, and technical feedback.
Coordinate sales processes and compliance requirements across regions.
Collaborate with commercial teams in other ASEAN markets.
