Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth across Asia by identifying new market opportunities and building strong client partnerships.

You will present tailored technology solutions to regional accounts, manage forecasts, and travel up to two weeks per month to support market expansion, with base in Melaka on daily onsite reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of sales experience within the semiconductor or electronic manufacturing sector.
• Strong business planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
• High mobility with full willingness to travel internationally up to two weeks per month.
