Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager or Senior Account Lead with 5+ years in electronics or semiconductor sales to drive regional growth across Penang's tech ecosystem. The role focuses on strategic account management and leadership of a sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience within electronics/semiconductor sector.
• Proven leadership with coaching and guiding team members.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial negotiation, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute territory sales strategies to meet annual revenue and profit targets in the Northern region.
• Provide daily leadership, technical coaching, and operational support to junior sales staff.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and supplier pricing to maintain a strong market position.
• Evaluate client credibility, manage credit risk assessments, and oversee commercial contract terms.
• Build high-level relationships with key client executives through strategic account management.
