Job summary

TheExecutiveCircle Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead sales for semiconductor and electronic components in Penang. You will manage customers and distributors, drive revenue targets, and expand local business with assigned accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of electronics and R&D capabilities.

You will coordinate with marketing on surveys, trade shows, and Customer Day, handle QA, PCN/EOL and other lifecycle topics, and motivate distributors to expand promotions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management or business development experience in electronics.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Independent, proactive, and results oriented.

Job Summary

• Manage customer and distributor sales to achieve revenue target and other business performance index.
• The role covers precision electronic components, semiconductor-related products, timing devices and sensing solutions.
• Expand local business with the assign customer and distributor.
• Build strong relationship with key customers especially local business with R&D capability.
• Perform sales promotion activity and equip with sufficient product knowledge.
• Driving and motivating Distributors to expand sales promotion activity.
• Handling QA related issues, Environmental/Conflict Materials/BCP Info, PCN/EOL and others.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage customers and distributors assigned to achieve sales target and profit.
• Effective managing demand and supply to meet customer and distributor requirement.
• Support Marketing activities like conducting survey for new applications, new market and preparation for trade show, seminar or Customer Day.

Key Job Requirements

-Good knowledge of Electronics industry and experience will be added advantage.

-Proven working experience in sales management, business development or relevant role with

spoken.

Critical Work Experience
