Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for key electronics manufacturing clients and local distributors in Penang.
• Visit factory floors to help production engineers solve technical issues using our materials.
• Protect existing business by preventing clients from switching to competitors.
• Work with internal engineers to introduce new product upgrades to clients.
• Monitor sales targets, update pipelines, and manage basic price negotiations.
• Provide regular local market updates to remote regional managers.

About the Job

Based in Penang, you will manage relationships with major local electronics factories. Your focus will be keeping these key clients happy, helping them solve manufacturing issues with our materials, and making sure they don't switch to competitors.

Key Responsibilities
