Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Experience as Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with major job sites like Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Angel.Co.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups and events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.

• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists.

• Design, distribute and measure candidate experience surveys.
